Reservations
To guarantee your reservation a one night advanced payment is charged the day your reservation is made. All reservations are confirmed via email.

If your travel plans change, you may move your reservation, at no additional charge, to a later date as long as it is done with a minimum 7 day notice.

Cancellations and minimum stay
Our cancellation grace period is 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your advanced payment less a $20.00 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we musk ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. We will do our best to resell your room(s) and if we can rebook it, a refund will be made less a $50.00 penalty fee.

Additional guests in a room
All reservations are for one or two people in a room. Each additional person in a room over the age of 12 will be charged $15.00 per night.

Late Arrivals
The Front Desk is open from 8:00 am till 9:00 pm. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 pm, please advise the Front Desk so we can make proper arrangements.

Group Reservations
We welcome wedding groups, family reunions and small corporate retreats. Reservations for groups that require 3 or more rooms must be made directly with the innkeeper. Please call us at 888-688-4404.

While we do require a two night minimum stay on most weekends and a three night stay on some holidays, we are sometimes able to accommodate shorter stays based on the current reservation status. Please call us for availability.
