Los Rancheros Vistadores Horse Parade -- Said to be the largest riding group of its kind in the world, stopping at the Old Mission Santa Inés for the annual blessing of their horses by the padres.  Hundreds of riders make the annual pilgrimage.

Art Under the Arches --  Old Mission Santa Inés.  Arts and Crafts, Food and Live entertainment.

Independence Day Fireworks Show & Activities -- The annual Fourth of July spectacular at Santa Ynez Valley Union High School sponsored by Santa Ynez Valley Rotary Club.   Proceeds from the fireworks show and festival benefits Valley youth activities and scholarships.  Gates open at 4 pm with a family festival including entertainment, games and food.  The grand finale fireworks show begins at 9 pm.

Winterfest Celebration - Christmas in Solvang -- Our favorite time of year in the European Christmas Village of Solvang! Begins mid-November til Christmas. A month of events, pageantry, and millions of lights. Santa and Mrs. Claus make appearances throughout this special season.  Come join our little Danish Village and make Solvang a holiday shopping tradition.

Lighting of the Community Christmas Tree & Ceremony -- Annual Christmas Tree lighting and ceremony.

Solvang Christmas Parade -- Starting at 11:00 am, Solvang's one-of-a-kind, hometown parade. There isn't anything else like it!

Christmas Party -- Traditional Danish Christmas Celebration at the Elverhoj museum of History and Art. Opening of the Holiday Exhibit 6-9 pm.  Non-members: $5.00

Nativity Pageant -- Narrated by Efrem Zimbalist, Jr., complete with choir, costumes and live animals. Free admission/first come first served.
Place: Solvang's outdoor theater Time: 5 pm, and 7 pm
